Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jelevo. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jelevo platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use jelevo in any capacity.

Each player may hold only one jelevo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jelevo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
By accessing, registering on, or using the jelevo platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jelevo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of the jelevo Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and any person who participates in any game, promotion, or service offered by jelevo.

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. jelevo will request documentary proof of age during the identity verification process and reserves the right to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
The jelevo Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jelevo makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jelevo or by any regulatory authority. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms are prohibited from registering a new jelevo account for the duration of their exclusion period.
Providing false information regarding your age or identity during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law. jelevo will report suspected fraudulent registrations to the appropriate authorities.
To access real-money games on jelevo, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active jelevo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jelevo employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jelevo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelevo login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jelevo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jelevo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of jelevo remains accurate and up to date. You may update your account details by contacting jelevo customer support. jelevo reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
jelevo is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming compliance requirements. By registering, you consent to jelevo collecting and verifying your identity documents.
jelevo may request any of the following: a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
jelevo may request KYC documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jelevo aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation.
If you refuse to provide requested KYC documentation, or if the documents provided cannot be verified to jelevo's satisfaction, jelevo reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend the account, or withhold withdrawal processing pending resolution.
All financial transactions on jelevo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jelevo supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jelevo does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. jelevo is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. jelevo reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
Deposits funded by credit cards are not accepted on jelevo in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card use for gambling deposits. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly prohibited. jelevo will return any funds received via prohibited payment methods and may suspend the associated account.
Deposited funds are held in a segregated account separate from jelevo's operational funds. Your balance is protected and available for withdrawal subject to these Terms and applicable verification requirements.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the minimum amount is reached.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Funds derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. Real-money deposits that have not been used to claim a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
jelevo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slot games. The contribution rates for each game category are disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
jelevo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
jelevo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.
All games available on the jelevo Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.
All jelevo slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — operated by professional dealers under live camera supervision. jelevo does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jelevo will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. jelevo's decision in such matters is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jelevo reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who consistently place maximum bets across multiple sessions may be subject to individual account bet limit reviews.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelevo Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by activating the self-exclusion tool in account settings or by contacting jelevo customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
jelevo strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. If you share a device with minors, you must log out of your jelevo account after each session and ensure that your login credentials are not accessible to minors.

All content on the jelevo Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements — is the property of jelevo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the jelevo Platform without prior written consent from jelevo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jelevo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jelevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jelevo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jelevo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jelevo's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
jelevo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by regulatory authorities. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable investigations are concluded.
You may close your jelevo account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jelevo Platform, you should first contact jelevo customer support to seek an informal resolution. jelevo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jelevo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jelevo will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered players via the email address on file before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the jelevo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
