1Overview

jelevo ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who interacts with our Platform. 7.2 Identity Verification Providers

jelevo engages third-party service providers for cloud hosting, fraud detection, customer support software, and analytics. These providers act as personal information processors under our instruction and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

8Data Retention

12Minors

The jelevo Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. jelevo does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on jelevo using false age information, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 48 hours.

13Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of jelevo's service providers and technology partners may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the Philippines, jelevo will implement appropriate safeguards — such as contractual data processing agreements incorporating the NPC's standard contractual clauses — to ensure your data remains protected to the standard required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

jelevo will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that are subject to international sanctions or that have been identified by the NPC as providing inadequate data protection, without your explicit prior consent.

14Policy Amendments

jelevo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. Where changes are material, jelevo will notify registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jelevo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you must close your account before the effective date.
